Change Team:
Loss of a Cascade Family Member

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that Sheila Gray has passed away from complications of her cancer diagnosis. Sheila has been with the Cascade family for many years - as a parent, part of the admin team and in the last few years one of our assistant coaches.  She will very much be missed.

A celebration of life or memorial service will be planned once we are allowed to gather again.  Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to provide contact information for her family but you may feel free to email us direclty if you have any thoughts for the family and we will be happy to collect them and share.

Please email us at cascadevolleyball@gmail.com and use the Subject Line: Sheila Gray.

Please every body stay safe and healthy during this challenging time.

Season Update
by posted 04/01/2020

Hello Cascade Families,

We wanted to give you a quick update.  PSR is still planning the relaunch the season in early May with regionals tentatively scheduled for May 16-17 and May 30-31.  Additionally several clubs are planning to offer tournaments into June.  We will work with coaches individually regarding all tournament schedules if/when it is safe to resume play.

No practices will occur until May.

Please stay safe and healthy and above all optomistic - we will get through this!

U15 Update
by posted 03/31/2020

Hello U15 Team!  We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy in this unprecedented time.  I have no doubt we will get through this stronger than ever!

I wanted to apologize for the errant practice email sent out for the practice reminder this week.  Originally we had cancelled through the end of March trying to be optomistic.  With all of the changes and constant updates in the news, I simply forgot to continue with the deletions on the calendar.

We are still holding out hope that we will start up again and go into June.  Several clubs are looking to hold tournaments to extend the season past ECC - we will keep you updated, but for now, all practices are cancelled through the end of April.

Stay safe, healthy and above all optomistic!  We can all defeat this by working together.

Julie
