USAV MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS

USAV Membership MUST show expiration of 10/31/20. If you have this membership already, no need to purchase a new one.
If you do not have a USAV membesrhip and are not on a club team - Please do not purchase anything but the $15.00 Developmental USAV membership - you will not be reimbursed if you purchase the wrong membership.
U8 and Under Players are FREE but must register for USAV Membership.
IMPORTANT: If a class is full - please join waitlist ASAP! We are holding a few slots at Roosevelt on Sundays and will offer clinics in those spaces based on demand and which clinics fill and have the longest waitlists.
YOUTH CLINICS (2ND-5TH GRADERS)
LITTLE SPIKERS (2ND-3RD GRADERS) - USAV membership is FREE for 8 & Under

MIDDLE SCHOOL CLINICS
We offer several options for Middle School Players - please read LEVEL Descriptions - our clinics work best for everyone when players are on the appropriate court.
MIDDLE SCHOOL 5th-8th grade - LEVEL 2 (MONDAYS)
Location: North Seattle Church
Dates: Mar 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Apr 6 (Mondays)
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Cost: $210 for 6 weeks
Pro-Rate Option: $40/week - Minimum 3 Weeks
BEGINNING MIDDLE SCHOOL 6th-8th grade - LEVEL 1 (THURSDAYS)
Location: North Seattle Church
Dates: Mar 5, 12, 19, 26, Apr 2 (Thursdays)
Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Cost: $175 for 5 weeks
Pro-Rate Option: $40/week - Minimum 3 Weeks
MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th/7th/8th grade only) - LEVEL 2, 3

HIGH SCHOOL CLINICS
HIGH SCHOOL (9th-11th grade) - LEVEL 2, 3, 4 (Level 1 Beginners should contact us)

Cost: $240 for 6 weeks
Pro-Rate Option: $45/week - Minimum 3 Weeks
Player/Coach Ratio is always 8:1 with some individual date exceptions.
YOUTH (2nd-5th grade girls & boys):
Our Youth Program is designed primarily for new or returning players who want to develop a great skill base in a pre-middle school environment. The Youth program uses USAV-approved volleyballs specially designed for this age group that are a little lighter which helps younger players without as much strength develop good technique.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CLINICS and HIGH SCHOOL (5th/6th-12th Graders):
Series are taught by experienced Cascade coaches and instructors and focuses on providing players with great technical skills instruction and individualized feedback. Coaches use a variety of drills and games to build skills in a fun and positive environment. Players learn all aspects of game play: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking. Builds on players' existing skills to develop stronger technique and tactical play.
